Program Information

Positions Available
     3 each year
     (Filled via Combined Musculoskeletal Matching Program)

Prerequisite Training: Orthopaedic Surgery or Plastic Surgery Residency in ACGME-accredited institution

Fully Accredited – ACGME

Scope of Training: Brachial plexus to the fingertips

Length: 1 Year (12 months)

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Personal Statement
  • Letters of Recommendation x 3
  • USMLE/NBME Scores (copies acceptable)
  • Photograph

Application Deadline: November 15, 2017

Interview Dates: February 9, 10 , and 16, 2018 

Note: In order to qualify, all candidates must have completed orthopaedic or plastic surgery residency training in a ACGME-accredited program.
