Trauma Fellowship
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery offers a one-year fellowship in orthopaedic traumatology. The fellowship focuses on the management and surgery of the poly-trauma patient with emphasis on fractures of the acetabulum, pelvis, spine, calcaneus and complex upper and lower extremity injuries.
Extensive training in the management of nonunions, malunions and infections is also addressed during the year. Clinical research and resident teaching are an important aspect of this program.
Applicants should have completed an ACGME accredited residency and be ABOS eligible.
