Conference

The structured conference schedule has expectations that the residents will be given time away from other clinical duties including clinical coverage and surgical coverage to be available at all of these meetings. Clinical conferences will be held regularly and should be attended by all of the residents and faculty. Attendance at all Basic Science lectures, Grand Rounds, Temporal Bone Labs, Mortality and Morbidity, and Journal Clubs are mandatory of all residents. Tumor Board and Radiology conferences, which are presented at times determined by other departments, are to be attended except for emergent clinical problems.
