Consultation

Consultation and Hard Work

The residents will make rounds each morning on patients which they have operated or directly seen as consults which require ongoing management decisions. The junior residents will rely on the faculty and senior residents for education and oversight in this care. Patients that are seen in consultation will be staffed with the appropriate faculty member on call that day within twenty-four hours of the time that the consult is called into the office.
