Interview Information

Training the Next Generation


Applications for residency are centralized nationally for each years Otolaryngology Match through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).   We will be accepting applications for the 2016 Match through the Association of American Medical Colleges' (AAMC) Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) until October 14th, 2016.


Interviews are granted by invitation after review of all applications received through the ERAS system.  All guidelines, deadlines, and restrictions apply.  Applicants to Otolaryngology do not need to apply to General Surgery also.

The Department of Otolaryngology at Wake Forest School of Medicine will conduct interviews for the 2016 Match on Friday January 22nd and Saturday January 23rd, 2016.  Our interview schedule begins each day at 8:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM.  There is a non-mandatory social event on Friday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Interviews are conducted in the departments Academic Office on the 4th floor of Watlington Hall.
