Alisha DeTroye brings new expertise to PA Studies

Alisha DeTroye

Alisha T. DeTroye, MMS, PA-C, a 2004 graduate of the Wake Forest PA program, has returned to Wake Forest Baptist Health as the Director of Transitional and Supportive Care. She has an adjunct faculty position with the Wake Forest Department of PA Studies and practices clinically in neuro-oncology. Alisha previously worked in hematology and oncology at Wake Forest for 9 years before taking a position with Cornerstone Health Care as Director of Population Health. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge regarding population health, value-based health care, and transitional and supportive care with Wake Forest students and colleagues. In addition to her professional roles, Alisha has held numerous leadership positions with local, state, and national PA organizations. In her free time, she is an avid Wake Forest sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband Chad and her two children, Caylen and Gavin.
