- Daily schedules
- Complete patients evaluations, develop treatment goals, and document patient progress
- Weekly written reports summarizing Geriatric-related article readings – 14 (15) total
- Active participation in daily ACE Unit Treatment team meetings
- Weekly productivity sheets
- Weekly meetings with Recreation Therapy Internship Supervisor
- Plan and lead 1 group per week
- Active participation in weekly Geriatric Outings
- Monthly reports of productivity
- Monthly bulletin board for unit
- 2 special projects – 1 patient-related and 1 department/unit-specific
- 2 video taped evaluations
- 2 case studies
- 1 oral presentation
- Interviews with ACE Team Members
- Orientation with other RT units (Rehab, Hem/Onc, and Psychiatry)
- Weekly meeting with Recreation Therapy Intern Supervisor
- CPR certification
- Meet all university requirements
- Mid-term evaluation
- Final evaluation
- Complete internship evaluation
