  • Daily schedules
  • Weekly summaries
  • Productivity sheets
  • Weekly written reports on Trauma/Medical Unit readings – 1 page summary (12 total)
  • 2 special projects (Due week 7 and week 11)
  • 1 case study and oral presentation
  • CPR certification
  • Meet all university requirements
  • Mid-term evaluation
  • Final Evaluation
  • Orientation with other RT units (Rehab, Hem/Onc, Burn/Plastics/Renal/Cardiology, and Psychiatry)
  • Weekly meeting with Recreation Therapy Intern Supervisor
