Trauma Simulations Provide Real World Training for Medical Students

Trauma simulations at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center’s Emergency Department provide a real world education for Jeremy Steinman, a fourth-year medical student at Wake Forest School of Medicine. Seeing how different health care providers work together in a Level I Trauma Center allows students like Jeremy to understand the critical communication and interaction it takes between all involved to deliver the best care possible in life and death situations.
