Better Sleep Means Better Health
For many adults, getting the recommended 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night feels impossible. And lack of sleep takes a toll on your overall health.
An estimated 50 million Americans suffer from a chronic sleep disorder and 20 million more experience occasion sleep problems. Many of these people are never diagnosed. Learn more about the sleep disorders we treat.
Insufficient sleep is associated with the onset of various chronic diseases and conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and depression. That's why our sleep center is here to help you get the sleep you need.
Convenient Access Combined with Advanced Sleep Disorder Care
Our Sleep Center provides sleep studies and the highest level of care for sleep disorder patients in a convenient hotel setting at the Hawthorne Inn and Conference Center in downtown Winston-Salem. You do not need a physician referral to make an appointment at our Sleep Center. Request an initial evaluation with one of our sleep experts.
After the initial evaluation, we will determine if you will require an overnight sleep study. Patients can relax and feel comfortable receiving treatment in the privacy of their own room at the Hawthorne Inn. And a complimentary hot breakfast is included in the morning.
