Wellness Activities Calendar

Calendar Here are some current activities for students and their partners to promote student well-being. Students are encouraged to add other events of interest to this list. You can do so by emailing the director of student wellness with activity specifics.

  • Yoga for Stress Management (Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, Commons Conference Room-G Floor)
  • Mindfulness Meditation (Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, Commons Conference Room—G floor)
  • Zumba (Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 PM, Nutrition Building—3rd Floor)
  • Tools for Building Healthy Relationships (Noon Conference, Hanes Building, Room 1064 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 2/10 2012)
