Wellness Activities Calendar

calendar-upper-right.jpgHere are some current activities for students and their partners to promote student well-being. Students are encouraged to add other events of interest to this list. You can do so by emailing the director of student wellness with activity specifics.

  • Vigorous Yoga for Stress Management (Will resume on Thursday, August 14. Meets from 6-7 pm in Commons Conference Room)
  • Mindfulness Meditation (On hiatus until August. Tuesdays from 6-6:30PM, Library Board Room-First left; Wednesdays from 12-12:30PM, Gray 5110)
  • Zumba (Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 PM, Nutrition Building—3rd Floor)
