Wellness Activities Calendar
Here are some current activities for students and their partners to promote student well-being. Students are encouraged to add other events of interest to this list. You can do so by emailing the director of student wellness with activity specifics.
Yoga for Stress Management (Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, Commons Conference Room-G Floor)
Mindfulness Meditation (Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, Commons Conference Room—G floor)
Zumba (Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 PM, Nutrition Building—3rd Floor)
