Wellness Activities Calendar
Here are some current activities for students and their partners to promote student well-being. Students are encouraged to add other events of interest to this list. You can do so by emailing the director of student wellness with activity specifics.
Vigorous Yoga for Stress Management (Tuesdays from 6:45-7:45PM, Gray 5110; Thursdays from 6-7PM, Commons Conference Room - G Floor)
Mindfulness Meditation (Tuesdays from 6-6:30PM, Library Board Room-First left; Wednesdays from 12-12:30PM, Gray 5110)
Zumba (Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 PM, Nutrition Building—3rd Floor)
