Wellness Activities Calendar

calendar-upper-right.jpgHere are some current activities for students and their partners to promote student well-being. Students are encouraged to add other events of interest to this list. You can do so by emailing the director of student wellness with activity specifics.

  • Vigorous Yoga for Stress Management with Lindsay Porter (Meets from 6:30-7:45 in Commons Conference Room)
  • Introductory Yoga for Stress Management with Dr. Paige Greason (Mondays from 5:15-6:15,  Commons Conference room).
  • Mindfulness Meditation with Dr. Fadel Zeidan (Tuesdays from 5:45-6:15pM, Coy Carpenter Board Room-First left)
    Zumba, swing dancing, and bootcamp are also offered at various times. Please contact us at studentwellness.wakehealth.edu for more information.
