We provide comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluations and treatment for all voice and swallowing conditions. Conditions include laryngeal pathology (nodules, cysts or polyps), changes associated with aging (vocal fold atrophy), vocal fold paralysis or paresis, neurological disorders (spasmodic dysphonia and tremor) and head and neck cancer. We specialize in the care of professional voice users, like teachers, attorneys, receptionists and singers (professional or amateur), to name a few.

Voice & swallowing conditions and disorders we treat include:

  • Laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) 
  • Hypofunctional voice disorder related to atrophy or bowing of the vocal folds  
  • Hyperfunctional voice disorders related to muscle tension 
  • Benign vocal fold growths, such as nodules, cysts and polyps 
  • Benign and malignant laryngeal tumors
  • Spasmodic dysphonia (adductor and abductor) 
  • Vocal fold paralysis or paresis

  • Subglottic and tracheal stenosis 
  • Oropharyngeal dysphagia (swallowing difficulty related to timing, coordination, weakness and reduced airway protection)
