Refer a Volunteer Event

Guidelines

• All Medical Center employees (including contract employees) and all Medical Center volunteers are eligible to participate in the RAVE campaign.
• The campaign runs April 2009 through April 2010.
• Participants may:
• Submit a referral online
• Download a form to deliver via interoffice mail or E-mail to swashaba@wakehealth.edu
• Pick up a form in Volunteer Services (Main Floor, Ardmore Tower)
• No referral forms will be accepted after the volunteer interview.
• Once the prospective volunteer has attended orientation, is interviewed, and has been placed in a volunteer area, a $10 gift certificate to the Gift Shop will be sent to the employee/volunteer who made the referral.
• At the end of the campaign, all names of referring participants whose nominated volunteer has completed the commitment time (3 months or 40 hours) will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize.
