 2012 Summer Volunteen Program 

The Volunteen Program is designed for students, ages 14-18. The program runs June 25-August 11, 2012.  Volunteens must commit to volunteering two full days a week that are assigned and set throughout the summer from 8:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Volunteens are required to complete 120 hours of service each summer, in order to complete the program successfully and in order to be eligible to return throughout the school year and/or the following summer. 

Registration forms for 2012 Summer Program are now available!

Download a 2012 Volunteen Registration Packet (Word format or pdf format). 

Please complete each form included in the Volunteen Registration Packet and mail to Volunteer Services.  Packets must be received in Volunteer Services by mail no later than 5 p.m. on March 16, 2012. Forms included in the packet are as follows: 

  • Checklist for Volunteen Registration 
  • Volunteen Application Form 
  • Volunteen Recommendation Form (2 recommendations required) 
  • Volunteen Health Documentation Record (please note: TB test and seasonal flu vaccines are required)

Applicants who turn in incomplete registration packets or who turn in registration packets after 5 p.m. on March 16 will not be considered for the 2012 Volunteen Program.
