Brenner FIT: A multidisciplinary team of health care professionals provides research-based care of children and families with weight problems, offering bi-weekly sessions for creating a healthier family lifestyle. The program typically lasts for a year to 18 months. Kohl's Family Collaborative: This partnership between Kohl's and the Brenner FIT program results in free parenting and nutritional programs, most of which are held at the William G. White Jr. Family YMCA in downtown Winston-Salem, and are open to families. The goal is to teach parents to help create a lifestyle that promotes a healthy weight for their family members.

Adult
Bariatric Surgery Program: This program to treat patient obesity by limiting the capacity for food intake includes three different types of surgeries: Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, Adjustable Gastric Band and Sleeve Gastrectomy.This program to treat patient obesity by limiting the capacity for food intake includes three different types of surgeries: Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, Adjustable Gastric Band and Sleeve Gastrectomy.
Optifast: This yearlong program at the new Weight Management Center at Medical Plaza-Country Club uses a system of meal replacements to help people who need to lose at least 50 pounds and rebuild an approach to healthy eating.
Lesser Weight Loss: For people who want to lose weight (less than 50 pounds) but need guidance and accountability, the Weight Management Center has a six-month program. This program includes group support and education sessions, personal training and fitness and medical follow-up.

Optimizing Weight for Life in Seniors: The OWLS Clinic is an individual program designed to change health behaviors for diet and physical activity. It includes educational sessions and time with a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist. My Turn for Wellness: This weekly group program takes place over six months and is structured around classes covering a range of health and lifestyle topics geared to promoting improved mobility and quality of life.
