Wake Forest Baptist Health works with companies, their insurance providers and other stakeholders to ensure the Workers’ Compensation process is both comprehensive and efficient.  From the initial evaluation to return to work processes and procedures, we work diligently to minimize the impact of worker injury on both companies and their employees.

Getting injured workers back into their jobs quickly is not only good for business, it also has positive effects for workers:

  • For injured workers, the likelihood of recovering and returning to their former lifestyle is maximized.

  • For employers, experienced workers are retained, productivity is restored sooner, and claim costs are reduced. (WorkCoverWA)

Employees with new Workers’ Compensation claims can promptly schedule appointments at one of our Urgent Care clinics, conveniently located in Clemmons and Mocksville.

A study published in August 2014 found that
NC Workers’ Compensation employer costs for 2012 were
$1.19 per $100 of covered payroll.
