Job Summary: Provides supervision and directs escort/transport services for inpatients/outpatients to and from specific locations within the Medial Center. Provides leadership and training to patient transporters. Participates in service recovery as part of the customer service program.
Education / Experience: High School diploma or GED. Prior experience in hospital environment, preferably with patient care and transportation preferred.
Reports To: Medical Center Patient Transportation Supervisor
Licensure, Certification and / or Registration: Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire.
