Parent Involvement
Parents are encouraged to become involved with activities and events at Children's Choice through the Parent Involvement Committee or PIC. The PIC’s purpose is to recruit parent volunteers to help plan and organize activities and events at Children's Choice that will enhance their child's, as well as their teacher's, experience at the center.
Areas where parents can volunteer include:
- Enrichment activities
- Book fairs
- Staff appreciation luncheons and events
We ask only for parents to give of their time, creative thinking, organizational and planning skills. The PIC meets the 1st Thursday of every month from 12 to 1 pm at the center.
