How To Place An Order
To initiate your order, a Printing Services Job Ticket must be filled out and signed by the authorized person for the account. These job tickets are available in the main office of Printing Services (located on the ground floor of Piedmont Plaza One) and they are also available in Creative Communications (located on the 1st floor of the Gray Building.)
We will be happy to answer any questions about completing the form, and we can also send some to you via inter-office mail. Please don’t tear the job ticket apart prior to submitting your order. You will receive a copy with charges back with your completed order.
Provide a sample of the piece you want printed. If this is a repeat job, please include the job number from the prior printing, if available. This is usually a hand-written number in the upper right-hand corner of the copy that was returned to you.
Give a due date - we can quickly and promptly deliver your job, but if possible, please allow 5-7 working days for digital printing, and 7-14 working days for offset printing. Please do not leave the date due blank or put ASAP.
Indicate the location for delivery of your job. Our couriers will deliver your job to the location specified on the ticket.
Proofs are provided upon request.
Design, Typesetting, Edits and Revision
Printing Services does not offer any type of design or typesetting. Edits must be done by you or in Creative Communications.
