Visual Art Galleries
There are 8 galleries throughout the Medical Center where visual art is displayed to provide visual stimulation for patients, visitors and employees. Contact information for individual artists is available upon request or in each gallery.
Exhibits are displayed for 3 months and are coordinated through the Arts & Health program's Art Curator, Barbara Cullen. The current exhibit will be displayed throught the last week in September.
Tom Willis from Efland, NC displays large colorful paintings of flowers as well as abstracts.
Family Medicine Gallery
Dianne Campbell displays her landscapes and still life in oil paint.
Mariana Pardy displays earthenware pottery, reflecting Spanish and Mexican motifs.
- Gallery 1: Beverly Noyes watercolors on stretched paper depict tea sets and servings, all painted with very pastel colors.
- Gallery 2: Ginnie Conaway displays a variety of subject matter in a variety of mediums including pencil, watercolor and alcohol inks.
Arlene Daniel's paintings in this gallery include landscapes and seascapes done in pastels and oils.
Arlene Daniel exhibits landscapes in oil.
Terri Burke displays photography of nature, landscapes and still life mounted on both canvas and aluminum.
