Executive Physical Program

The Executive Physical Program is an annual comprehensive health evaluation (.pdf) designed for the busy schedules of executives, yet is available to anyone who wants a thorough physical exam. Emphasizing prevention and early disease detection—as well as recommendations for appropriate follow-up care—these physicals are performed by experts at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. As a renowned teaching hospital, we offer our patients the very latest medical skills and technologies and a depth of expertise not found in every hospital.

Quality And Convenience – It’s About Time

The Executive Physical Program is designed for ultimate efficiency and thoroughness. The comprehensive physical takes less than a normal business day; any additional testing may require a second day. All services are located on the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center campus.

An Executive Physical representative will work with the client to schedule the physical well in advance (preferably 4 to 6 weeks) to accommodate busy schedules. For out-of-town executives, the representative can assist with accommodations.

Prior to the physical, the client will receive a detailed summary of what to expect and how to prepare. On the day of the physical, an Executive Physical representative will escort the client to all appointments, making the process easy and swift.

The physical consists of diagnostic screenings, assessments and an extensive examination by one of our board-certified internal medicine physicians. Laboratory tests (blood work, urinalysis, EKG, etc.) are scheduled for the morning hours; results will be available when the client meets with the physician later that day.
