Medical Plaza – Clemmons will open in early 2012. Located on the corner of Lewisville-Clemmons and Peace Haven roads, Medical Plaza – Clemmons will include an Urgent Care Center with extended evening and weekend hours, as well as women’s health services and adult and pediatric primary and specialty care.
