Gamma Knife Surgery Team

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center was the first to be named a Leksell Center of Radiosurgery and is one of only 4 in the world to hold this designation. We earned this prestigious distinction for pioneering the latest treatment technologies (the Gamma Knife Perfexion and the Axesse Linear Accelerator), clinical research, education and outreach.
