PRN Staff Nurse, BSN preferred; 1 yr. OR experience required.
Job Summary: The registered nurse is accountable for the provision of safe, efficient and therapeutically effective care of the patient on the OR unit to which they are assigned. Utilizing the nursing process, care is delivered in compliance with hospital policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards.Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.Must be able to work a variety of shifts and OR locations.
Education / Experience: BSN preferred and one year OR experience or participation in post-graduate program.
Licensure, Certification and / or Registration: BCLS required, ACLS and PALS preferred, CNOR preferred
