Time and Labor Staffing Specialist
Part-time Regular, 8 hours rotating, PRN
The Staffing Specialist processes daily changes to the electronic staffing schedules related to call-ins and reassignments. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to nursing hours, floating, overtime, and other expenses. Acts as departmental resource for nursing administration for staffing related issues. Provides training to new and existing employees.
- High School or GED required
- Background in computer spreadsheet systems preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in payroll preferred
- Minimum of one year experience using spreadsheet packages preferred
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate on a professional level with nurses, physicians, and other ancillary professional staff
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to train others
