Wake Forest Baptist Health is offering a new era in patient care with myWakeHealth, a new online patient portal where you can view your health records in real-time.
With myWakeHealth, you will have access to pertinent health information on file with Wake Forest Baptist Health, including lab and radiology results; routine preventive health updates; upcoming appointments; allergies, medications, and immunizations.
It is an easy, secure way to track your health information and communicate with your health care providers, request appointments, and refill prescriptions. You can also log into it from your home, office or mobile device, when and where you want.
Signing Up
Patients who wish to participate will be issued a myWakeHealth activation code during their clinic visit. This code will enable you to login and create your own user ID and password.
