Announcement:
The WFUCCC Research Base is sponsoring a one day intensive training workshop for sites that intend to participate in study # 91105 " A Phase III Double Blind, Placebo Controlled Study of Donepezil in Irradiated Brain Tumor Patients" which is testing a well-tolerated drug used to enhance cognitive performance in brain tumor patients who are >6 mos post brain radiation therapy and who meet other study criteria. This one day intensive session will be held on March 25, 2009 on the campus of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. A block of rooms has been reserved at The Hawthorne Inn until February 22, 2009.The rate for single or double room is $72 per night and reservations can be made by calling 1-800972-3774 and requesting the CCOP Research Base group rate.
