At Counseling & Wellness Services, we believe that your physical, mental, and emotional health are all tied together. Depending on the challenges we are facing, it is easy to "hyper-focus" on the challenge while the other facets of our health unintentionally fall by the wayside. We also know medical education brings a host of demands on your energy and your time, making "health and well-being" yet another list item. Instead, our hope is to make your health and well-being the vehicle from which you succeed in your program. This section provides an array of resources to help integrate wellness into your daily life.
