Resilience

Literally defined as "the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness," or in the case of objects, "the ability of a substance to spring back into shape; elasticity." We feel that both definitions apply here. We view resilience not as a gift that only some people have, but more like a muscle that has to be conditioned and exercised. In other words, challenging times are the opportunity to strengthen this "muscle."
