Orientation Dates

Please arrive at orientation 15-30 minutes prior to the start time to allow adequate time to complete paperwork and view an orientation video introducing you to the Medical Center.

Dates are subject to change.  Please check the website 24-48 hours prior to attending the orientation.

Directions to Babcock Auditorium

  • Seating at orientation is limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis.
  • No admittance is permitted 15 minutes after the start of Orientation.  
  • Orientation will last approximately 2 hours. 
  • Please make plans to attend the orientation in its entirety.

*If inclement weather should occur on a scheduled orientation date, please call our office at 336-713-3514 to check to see if orientation has been cancelled.  Cancellation information will also be available on TV stations Fox8, WFMY2, and WXII.
