Join us for the 2016 Winston-Salem Heart and Stroke Walk on Oct. 29. New this year the walk will be held in the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. Dr. Allison Brashear, chair, Neurology, and Dr. Eric Tomlinson, chief innovations officer, at Wake Forest Baptist, are co-chairs of the 2016 Winston-Salem Heart & Stroke Walk and would like to invite you to join one of our Wake Forest Baptist teams.

The American Heart Association's annual Heart and Stroke Walk raises millions of dollars to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. Heart disease is this country's No.1 killer and stroke is No. 5.  You can reduce your risk by exercising for as little as 30 minutes each day.
