Division of Faith and Health Ministries

The Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Division of Faith and Health Ministries exists to support patients spiritually, offering ministries of growth, hope, and healing.

FaithHealthNC is a new initiative to improve health by forging covenants between faith communities and health care providers. Providers such as Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, for example, will seek to create covenants faith communities. Once a covenant is in place, the Medical Center will provide health care liaisons to help clergy and faith community volunteers (known as Congregational Care Providers) work to ensure that member needs are met during times of illness.
