Three Orthopaedic Surgeons Join Wake Forest Baptist

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Three orthopaedic surgeons have recently joined Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.

Cristin Ferguson, M.D., is an assistant professor who specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery and general orthopaedics. Her medical degree is from the University of Michigan Medical School. She completed her residency at the University of Rochester and a fellowship in sports medicine at the Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Ga.

Zhongyu “John” Li, M.D., is an assistant professor who specializes in hand and arm injuries, microsurgery, peripheral nerve surgery and arthroscopic surgery. His medical degree is from Zhejiang University in China. He completed a residency at the State University of New York and a fellowship in hand surgery at Wake Forest Baptist.

Scott Wilson, M.D., is an associate professor who specializes in orthopaedic surgery, orthopaedic oncology and reconstructive surgery. He is a graduate of Bowman Gray School of Medicine. He completed a residency at Penn State and a cancer fellowship at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Cancer Center.
