Our Faculty: Cancer Biology

The objectives of the Cancer Biology training program are to train scholars and promote research in Cancer Biology within a highly personal atmosphere. Students enjoy the highly interactive nature of the program; building relationships with the faculty is considered a core element of the program.

A highly motivated faculty body that consists of 18 primary Cancer Biology faculty and 28 cross-appointed faculty from a total of 14 departments/programs/sections provide training. This approach allows for a unique interdisciplinary training environment and gives our students a wide variety of approaches to cancer research.

Faculty-student interaction and collaboration is a critical part of our program and is a core attraction for graduate students to the program.
