Long Study Name: Alzheimer’s disease prevention participant repository

Study Type:   This is an observational, longitudinal study

Study Purpose:  The proposed study will identify and characterize early risk factors that predict memory decline and dementia in adults with or without early signs of memory impairment.

Study Design:  This study will consist of 3 or 4 clinic visits that are repeated either every year, or every two years depending on group assignment. 

Study Qualifications

  • Age: 50-90
  • With or without memory concerns
  • With or without a family history of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) or probable AD
  • No current or recent history of diabetes

Study Duration- 5 years

Study Benefits

  • Health and medical screenings at no cost to you
  • Participation will not result in a direct benefit as it is an observational study, but other study opportunities will be identified for participants.
