The Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Program offers a comprehensive training program to fellows who have completed a cardiovascular diseases fellowship. The fellowship provides extensive experience in all areas of electrophysiology and exposure to a wide variety of patients and arrhythmias.
Our EP laboratory and staff has extensive experience with device implantation and extraction, diagnostic EP studies, and ablation as well as complex ablation for ventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. We have an active hybrid ablation program and are involved in clinical studies for left atrial appendage closure devices. There is also ongoing industry sponsored device trials and trials for atrial fibrillation ablation.
We are currently accepting application for both 2015 and 2016. Starting July 2016, we will transition to a 2-year fellowship training program. You may apply any time. One of the recommendation letters should be written by your Cardiovascular or Cardiology Fellowship Program Director, and another from the Division Chief of Cardiology at your present institution or an EP Cardiology Attending.
