Abdominal Organ Transplant Fellowship

The evaluation process is ongoing throughout the year.  The trainee's performance is evaluated by the attending faculty weekly; deficiencies are identified and addressed.  The fellow will provide documentation of educational (attendance at conferences, HLA/Immunogenetics Lab, Wake Forest Institute of Regenerative Medicine, biopsy review), teaching, and academic (abstract development, manuscript submission, clinical projects) activities.  In addition, the fellow will maintain an operative log, which is reviewed quarterly by the program director.
