Geriatric Medicine


We accept applications for Fellowship in Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine through ERAS. We welcome applications from both Internal Medicine and Family Medicine candidates. We will be participating in the fellowship match for 2015.

We ask that you please send the following: A completed ERAS application, USMLE Step I, II, and III scores, Exchange Commission of Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certification (if applicable), a current CV, a one page personal statement outlining your career objectives, and three letters of recommendation addressed to the Program Director, Kathryn Callahan MD, MS.
