Honeydew and Blueberry ParfaitsIngredients

  • 8 oz. lemon yogurt, fat-free
  • ¼ cup sour cream, fat-free
  • 2 cups honeydew melon, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 4 each mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt and sour cream in a small bowl.
  2. Layer 1/2 cup honeydew and 1/4 cup blueberries in each of four 8 oz. glasses. Top with yogurt mixture.
  3. Garnish with mint sprig.
