Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center (WFBMC) offers support services covering many different topics and conditions.

Patient Relations

The Office of Patient and Family Relations of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center (WFBMC) is responsible for providing assistance to patients during their stay.

Advance Directives

Advanced care directives are specific instructions, prepared in advance, that are intended to direct a person's medical care if he or she becomes unable to do so in the future.

Help completing these documents is available during regular business hours through the Department of Chaplaincy, 336-716-4745. After business hours, or in urgent situations, call the Nursing Office at 336-716-3418.

Foreign Language/Sign Language

Language services are coordinated by the Office of Patient and Family Relations.
