Rotations

The residency offers clinical experiences in the following areas, with flexible scheduling to allow residents to tailor their learning opportunities. Monthly rotations are 4-week experiences.

Required Rotations

One precepting rotation during a repeated core rotation (Gen Peds, PICU, or NICU). Resident to select.

  • General Pediatrics

Elective Rotations

  • Pediatric Nephrology
  • Pediatric Cardiology
  • Pediatric Infectious Diseases
  • Pediatric Emergency Department
  • Pediatric Surgery
  • Pediatric Pulmonology and Rheumatology
  • Repeat of any core rotation
  • Other pediatric-focused electives may be able to be developed based on the resident’s specific interests
