Sleep Medicine - Westchester is a program offered by the specialists at Neurology - Westchester and Pulmonary - Westchester and Pulmonary - Premier who have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders. We provide a comfortable home setting including bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds, satellite TV, private bathroom and a quiet atmosphere. During your overnight study, the sleep medicine staff will utilize state-of-the-art equipment. Once they have diagnosed the cause of your sleep problem(s), they will prescribe a treatment plan to return you to a healthy sleep schedule. 

If you have one of the following symptoms, you may suffer from sleep disorder and need a sleep study to help identify a treatment plan:

  • Increased sleepiness during the day
  • Inability to complete needed tasks at home
  • Restlessness while sleeping at night
  • Feelings of no sleep when you rest for eight or more hours at a time
  • Difficulty in falling asleep at night
  • Weight gain that continues to increase or is difficult to lose
  • Reduction in concentration, memory and attention
  • Loud snoring that disturbs others
  • Increased periods of urination during the night
  • Difficulty staying awake while driving
  • Sleepiness while on the job
