Get Up and Stretch!

Stretching while working and playing at home can help to avoid tightened joints and muscles and get your blood flowing. Take frequent breaks while working to prevent the development of pain. It is also important to stretch after any exercise. Before exercise, you can do dynamic (active) stretching to adequately warm up the muscles to improve flexibility and prevent injury while being physically active.
