- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 tsps. salt
- 2 tsps. paprika
- 2 tsps. thyme, dry
- 2 tsps. oregano, dry
- 2 tsps. basil, dry
- 20 each chicken, bone in
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all of the spices and herbs into the oil.
- Place chicken pieces on a sheet pan.
- Brush chicken with herbed oil.
- Bake in the oven approximately 40 minutes until chicken is fork tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Transfer chicken to hotel pans and hold at 140°F or above.
