Pasta Salad

 

Pasta SaladIngredients

  • 2 cups Bow Tie Pasta, cooked
  • ½ cup Blanched Cauliflower
  • ½ cup Blanched Broccoli
  • ¼ cup Medium diced Red Onions
  • ¼ cup Medium diced Yellow Squash
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Basil Chopped
  • ½ cup GARLIC expressions® Dressing
  • ¼ cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and blanch broccoli and cauliflower.
  2. Chill both pasta and veggies in ice water.
  3. In a large bowl mix together the first seven ingredients.
  4. Garnish with tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
