- 2 cups Bow Tie Pasta, cooked
- ½ cup Blanched Cauliflower
- ½ cup Blanched Broccoli
- ¼ cup Medium diced Red Onions
- ¼ cup Medium diced Yellow Squash
- 1 tsp. Fresh Basil Chopped
- ½ cup GARLIC expressions® Dressing
- ¼ cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half
- Cook pasta and blanch broccoli and cauliflower.
- Chill both pasta and veggies in ice water.
- In a large bowl mix together the first seven ingredients.
- Garnish with tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
