Spring Garden VagetablesIngredients

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Fresh Corn
  • 1 small Onion, sliced thin
  • ½ cup Yellow Squash, sliced thin
  • ½ cup Zucchini Squash, sliced thin
  • ½ cup Okra, sliced thin
  • 2 cups Fresh, diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Chopped Basil
  • 1 tsp. Spice Delight All Purpose Essence
  • 1 ½ cup Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat add oil and the next eight ingredients.
  2. Cook for five minutes.
  3. Add pasta sauce and simmer for ten minutes until veggies are tender.
