Infant CPR & Choking
This course uses the American Heart Association’s Family and Friends guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). For virtual attendance it is recommended that you have a baby doll or stuffed animal to allow for hands-on practice.
Natural Childbirth
This class is focused on empowering parents that desire natural childbirth.
Newborn Care - This course covers specifics of newborn care including bathing, temperature taking, newborn behavior, and more! It is recommended to have a baby doll/stuff animal, reeiving blanket and pamper.
Here We Grow Again L&D Refresher
Taught by experienced nurses, this class is for families that have has a baby before but would like a refresher on the labor and birth process.
Preparing for Cesarean Delivery - This class is designed for families who will be having a scheduled cesarean birth. Preparing for Mulitiples – This class is focused on preparing families for the exciting experience of bringing more than one newborn in the world.
