Urgent Care - Wilkes is equipped to treat minor illnesses and injuries. We serve North Carolina's North Wilkesboro community by providing urgent care services late at night and on the weekends.

Our practice offers the following services:

General adult/pediatric illnesses including: Sore throats, earaches, colds/flu, fever and upset stomach
Sprains, strains and fracture care
Minor lacerations and burn care
Simple foreign body removal
On-site labs
Sprained ankle treatment
X-Rays
Broken bone X-Rays
Sprain X-Rays

We are located inside the Diagnostic Imaging Center.
