Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- June 9, 2023 Knowledgeable, caring.
- May 18, 2023 We did not get answers and were not suggested next steps to find answers. Dr Caldwell does not focus on delayed onset symptoms, and does not test for a range of allergies. Very unsatisfying visit, waste of time and money.
- May 16, 2023 Dr. Caldwell explained that he was unable to help me and I appreciate his honesty.
- May 10, 2023 I will know after my follow-up
- May 7, 2023 He came in for less than 5 minutes after I spoke with the Fellow. He didn't explain anything and left without saying what the next steps would be. He didn't even tell me where the exit was. The staff made me feel like I was making up my symptoms and it was all in my head.
- May 1, 2023 Dr. Caldwell clearly explained to me several reasons why l was experiencing some reactions that concerned me. Put me at ease and listened carefully, reassuring me that we could solve them. Eliminating sensitivities from allergies.
- April 28, 2023 This is second one filled out for pulmonology, etc, one was just yesterday that fill out for same pulmo, etc.
- April 28, 2023 He was very friendly, and explain to me, explicitly. Felt very comfortable and understood everything he said. Was a good visit.

- March 31, 2023 Dr Caldwell was timely, spent time listening to my concerns and tested accordingly. He shared his insights. He seems to care and wants to ensure I understand my options for treatment. I appreciate his evidence-based knowledge.
- March 31, 2023 We were referred to Dr. Caldwell from our pediatrician after a poor experience at a different allergist. He exceeded my expectations and the experience was 100% better. He and the team were all incredibly competent, thoughtful and spent more time than I anticipated gathering information and hearing me. I felt like they were all actually listening, which can be hard to find in healthcare.
- March 10, 2023 I can see no area to improve
- February 25, 2023 Completely satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Caldwell !
- February 24, 2023 Dr. Caldwell listened to my concerns & asked a lot of questions to determine what was causing my issues. He formulated a treatment plan & requested a follow up to make sure it works.
- February 22, 2023 Es un especialista que se puede recomendar. A mi hijo lo ha visto desde los 7 años ahora tiene 16 y a mejorado bastante.
- February 19, 2023 Very good.
- February 9, 2023 While I am certain Dr. Caldwell knows the science. His ability to connect was lacking. I didn’t feel like he spoke to me in a way that clearly explained my concerns regarding my situation. He did do the basics.
- February 2, 2023 It is important to understand that individuals do not react the same and allergic reactions between individuals also is not the same. Listening is an important skill as well as not bashing or negativing the patient's experience with other allergists e.g. having a "I am the only one who knows and no one else does." attitude.
- February 1, 2023 He is always helpful. I trust his knowledge and his treatment plan.
- January 27, 2023 Dr. Caldwell came in for about 30 seconds after the doctor before came in and asked if I had any questions about what she said. He apologized if I felt dismissed by them but did not really provide any alternative solutions for my pain or symptoms.
- January 13, 2023 I didn’t talk with Dr Caldwell but another female doctor so this survey is not accurate in regards to who attended to me.
