She worked around the situation with ease. She was willing to include and deal with the pain I have been having in my left shoulder.

- April 30, 2023 The lady who checked us in was very professional, but also genuinely friendly. The gentleman who came to the waiting room and escorted us to our examination room was friendly, welcoming, professional, and eager to listen to our questions and concerns. He was obviously busy, but didn't seem like he was rushing with us. He helped us to feel comfortable and at ease while waiting for our post-op examination. He even checked in with us agai several minutes after he had left, while we were waiting for our turn to meet with our PA, to see if he could do anything else for us while we were waiting. Our PA was very professional and friendly, and encouraged us to ask questions and bring up any problems, but she seemed rushed, and in a great hurry to be somewhere else. I assumed that she probably had a lot of appointments and people to see that afternoon. I didn't feel comfortable asking questions because I didn't want to add anything else to her plate, or cause her a problem with her schedule. She was very nice, though, and seemed genuine and caring. I wouldn't have any qualms about seeing her again. Overall, our visit and my exam was a very positive experience. Thank you.

- December 31, 2022 I went for tennis elbow and received a cortisone shot and elbow brace. Since being there, the pain is almost completely gone. I'm so glad I went.
